At the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus, we are committed to spreading hope and fostering acceptance through music. Whether on stage or in schools, we’re uplifting the LGBTQIA+ community and inspiring hearts across the country.

Last summer, we brought our Love Tour to the Midwest, sharing joy and representation with communities often left out of the spotlight. One audience member brought her church friends to the concert and for them it was their first time seeing a drag queen perform onstage—a powerful, celebratory moment of visibility and transformation.

Closer to home, our RHYTHM (Reaching Youth Through Music) program visits Bay Area schools to connect with students through inclusivity training, personal coming-out stories, and unforgettable musical performances.

Students like Eleanor leave RHYTHM feeling empowered. After one performance, they found the courage to speak up when a classmate said, “Being gay is a choice.”

Moments like these build understanding, compassion, and confidence for the next generation.
